Right Click the file you want, and choose
"Save Target As..." or
"Save Link As..."

To Select Start Point: Drag a thumbnail from the filmstrip to the big left image.
To Select End Point: Drag a thumbnail from the filmstrip to the big right image.
You can now stream or download the portion that youve just selected.
